Boarded is New Jersey’s first graze board & table company. We are founded off of a passion for food, hosting epic parties, and creating culinary masterpieces. We strive to redefine cheese boards for any type of gathering: private parties, dinner parties, corporate events, bridal or baby showers, date night, girl’s night, guy’s night, or any type of celebration.
As a Holistic Chef and Nutritionist, I believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is just as important as indulging with food that is whole, seasonal, local, and delicious. I aim to deliver only the finest charcuterie & cheese there is, along with fresh fruit and produce, and all things homemade.
After graduating from a chef’s training program that was almost entirely plant-based, I specialize in creating healthy innovative boards that include homemade vegan cheeses, dips, pates, and gluten-free crackers and breads. I am certified with a Food Handlers certification by Serv Safe, from the National Restaurants Association, that promotes the proper food safety practices when preparing and serving food.
With Boarded, the ultimate goal is to not only satisfy everyone’s palate, but to bring family and friends together and create long lasting memories that people will talk about for years to come.
